Why This Exists

I smoked for fifteen years

I started smoking at 18 and quit at 33. In between, I tried to stop more times than I can count, including other hypnosis sessions that did not work for me. I know exactly how it feels to promise yourself that this is the last one, and how it feels when it isn’t.

Everything changed when I stopped being afraid of failing. Soon after, I found Thomas Bresadola’s session on YouTube, tried it, and it worked for me on the very first listen. After that listen I was disgusted by cigarettes — I could not stand the smell. I never smoked a cigarette again. It made quitting feel easy.
